Bug Fixes

• Permissions: fixed a bug preventing unchecked permissions to be properly removed when editing entities.
• Default Entity Visibility: fixed a bug when creating an entity using the “+” sign next to dropdowns where the entity was visible even when the campaign’s default setting was to set entities to private.
• Calendars: The Calendar Date tab when creating or editing Quests and Journals will no longer be shown if the campaign has disabled calendars.
