Quick update to add a few general quality of live improvements.

New Features

• Bulk private: It is now possible to set several entities to private or public through the entity lists with the checkboxes. [90]

Improvements

• Calendars: Calendar entries can now have a description and be set to recurring (on the same day every year from now on). All entities except categories and calendars can now be attached to a calendar. All entities now have an “events” tab listing where they appear in which calendars. [94]
• All tabs on entities have been adapted to add icons and to hide text when on smaller devices. Helper text has also been added to many tabs.
• Maps: Maps can now be dragged with holding click. [95]
• Entity lists can now also have “foreign fields” be ordered (location, family etc). [96]
• Changed the favicon of the app to be the correct one.

Bug Fixes

• Locations: Missing “notes” tab has been added.
