New Features

• Upload a picture from a URL: It is now possible to upload pictures on entities from a URL
• Delete multiple entities: It is now possible to delete several entities at once.
• German: The German language has been added thanks to the amazing reddit user u/TheFurya
• Spanish: The Spanish language has been added thanks to the amazing reddit user u/Cliler

Bug fixes

• French: Various small fixes done to the French language
• English & American: Various fixes and improvements done by the amazing reddit user u/Oriek
• Logout: When loggin out, the language is now kept
